Roof Solutions

During the recent storms and heavy winds, my house had suffered some roof damage allowing rain to enter the house.  The strong winds also blew the exhaust cap off the roof.  I called several companies to come out and inspect and repair, Roof Solutions was the only company willing to answer my call for help.  During the rain, one of their guys came over and put a temporary cap on the exhaust vent and did a quick inspection of the roof.  This type of service is greatly appreciated and put my mind at ease until the actual repair.
I will recommend Roof Solutions for all of your roofing jobs.  They are quick to respond and the professionalism of Artem is great.  Take my word for it, you won't regret it.

I want to comment on the professionalism of the employees and good response from Artem, Danny and Brian.  I had my skylight replaced by your company.  The initial inspection was quick and Artem answered all my questions about the installation process.  There was a delay in receiving the skylight but I was impressed by the work of Brian and Danny when I saw the before and after pictures.  It looked great.  I will recommend you to my friends.

Our heroes!!!   We just moved in to a new home in Capitol Hill, theoretically renovated 'down to the studs.'  Unfortunately the previous contractors didn't install the roof materials correctly and we found ourselves with a roof leak within weeks of moving in.  I phoned Roof Solutions because they had a convenient website that allowed one to request a free estimate.  I will DEFINITELY call Roof Solutions for our future needs.  I was contacted the next business day, and had an appointment with Artem Chanturiya to provide the estimate the day after that.  He showed up exactly on time, and within about 30 minutes we had discussed options and decided on a course of action to correct it.   Not only was I extremely impressed with the prompt and attentive service we received, but Roof Solutions was affordable!   I was most grateful that Artem walked through various options with me so that we could decide - hassle free - to tackle the most immediate problem (leaks!), and additionally pick up some general roof maintenance, while deferring one optional project that we hope to undertake in the future.  Given we're juggling paying for both the new house and a wedding next month, his courteous attention to our priorities was really appreciated. I arranged an appointment within a few days to have the work completed, but thanks to a shift in Roof Solutions schedule they offered the opportunity to have the roofer (Bryan) come out the very next day to do the work.  Bryan also showed up exactly on time, was easy to work with,  and he performed the job quickly yet competently.  All the more impressive given extremely hot temperatures that day.   We've since had one thunderstorm, and a few light rains, and I'm thrilled to report no leaks thus far.  I'm really grateful for my experience with Roof Solutions, and pleased to offer my highest recommendation.
